JJI Films is proud to announce the debut of the DVD release " Drills, Skills & Conditioning" featuring Soke Haisan Kaleak co founder of the Kuroshi-Do system of martial arts, and Shihan Gregory Duncan of The Way of the Winds martial arts system.

Soke Haisan Kaleak and Shihan Gregory Duncan are extraordinary martial artists. They are also extraordinary teachers. Their martial arts skills are the result of years of training and study with legends.

Soke Haisan and Shihan Duncan have been conducting a series of "Combative Arts Mastery" seminars that until now were the only way to experience their unique insights and approaches to breaking down intense information in a short period of time.

One of these recent seminars was "Drills, Skills & Conditioning".

This seminar and all JJI instructional DVDs are filmed and edited by black belts who know where and what your eyes should be focused on so that you understand the concepts being discussed.

"Drills, Skills, & Conditioning" is a three DVD set packed with the valuable knowledge of what works! This DVD seminar will enhance and augment everyone's skills regardless of the system or style of martial art currently studied.

Disc 1 is the Conditioning disc: It demonstrates core exercises and discusses the concept of muscle confusion, which is necessary to avoid a "plateau effect". This disc will improve strength and cardio and aerobic conditioning as well as flexibility.

Disc 2 is the Drills disc: It emphasizes the coordination of upper and lower body movement and motion through offensive and defensive combination drills. It will help improve fluidity, balance, reaction time and speed.

Disc 3 is the Skills disc: It breaks down human physiology through the use of chart illustrations, explanations and demonstrations about meridians / pressure points, the human skeletal system and muscle groups. This is then applied to self- defense techniques.
